Also this year Rimini Wellness was held, the largest event in the world dedicated to fitness, sport, wellness and physical and healthy culture. Now in its fourteenth edition, the festival most loved by sportsmen, this year it has also brought news and trends, such as Tarzan style climbing and boxing at minus 15 degrees. Industry exhibitors from all over the world presented the news to groups of visitors from over 80 different countries around the world.
Our Heart and Soul Ambassador Silene Pretto, a nutritionist and fit girl passionate about wellness and sport, will accompany us in our discovery of Rimini Wellness and its new features.
What is the novelty that you liked the most?
I loved the new fitness machines a lot. The gym of the future will in fact be 4.0, with specific apps for the trainers who will be able to manage, customize and monitor the training for each client. As a nutrition enthusiast I also appreciated the novelties in the food theme, such as the new protein ice creams or ready meals in a healthy and nutritious version
